10 Celebs with Dramatic Weight loss stories

I wanna lose weight..i really do. Its probably really difficult for me because all the food that i really eat fall into the carbohydrate food group. No doubt for celebs they have personal trainers, dieticians and other assistants to ensure that they get result but we may have to do it all by ourselves for ourselves.


It takes a lot of discipline and persistence to actually see results from a weight loss plan. I'm officially looking for an effective plan that i can follow, so if you know one don't hesitate to let me know. Until then i compiled this list to motivate you and i. If they can do it, we can!!

1. Jordin Sparks

Jordin Sparks achieved 35 pounds of weight loss success by starting slow with a simple walk around her neighborhood, gradually increasing speed until she was ready to climb a mountain near her home. Sparks’ favorite part about it? “The energy is so high I don’t have to run on a treadmill!”

According to the former Disney star, it’s not stressing that did the trick. Being home, decorating and finding new hobbies have helped her stay sane and svelte, and ultimately helped her lose the weight.
