First Lady Patience Jonathan Down With Parkinson Disease

Nigerian first lady is seriously battling with Parkinson's disease and this has complicated her recovery from a surgical procedure which she recently underwent in Germany.
Parkinson's disease is what doctors term as a progressive disorder of the nervous system,a degeneration of the nervous system which leads to impairment of movement and trembling of limbs.

Sources close to the first family revealed that the first lady has been suffering from this medical condition for some years now but it seems to have taken a turn for the worse in recent times and that this condition has indeed been the reason for her drawl in speech and slow movements even in public events so much so that her aides always warn reporters not to film her beyond her waist region.
