Rapper Nelly caught and detained for drugs and illegal gun possession

Rapper Nelly who is was on tour was detained at a border patrol check point in Texas, he and his crew where found in possession of 36 bags of heroin weighing in total 64 ounces , over 10 pounds of marijuana found in a duffel bag and a loaded 45 caliber pistol all found in his tour bus.....
However, his friend Brian Keith has taken the blame for it and has admitted to being the owner of all the illegal items,thereby clearing Nelly of any chareges.
Nelly had this to say "
“It is my understanding a member of my staff made an unfortunate decision to bring unlawful materials onto our tour bus that resulted in his arrest this morning, October 11th," Nelly said in a just released statement via his reps.
"Neither I nor anyone else on the tour bus was aware of his decision to bring these on board. Law enforcement officials in Sierra Blanca, Texas did not press charges against anyone other than that individual.”
    
...........  Here's hoping Nelly was really unaware and Brain wasn't just the 'fall guy'.
