saying till death - episode 2

They met in computer village, Susan had gone there in december 2009 to buy blackberry bold 9700. It had just been released at that time (the girl is a gadget freak).According to her she was bargaining with the shop attendant when a hottie walked in, he said hello to her and sat down until she was through. At that point it began to rain ( till today susan claims it was a sign from God cos how could it be raining in naija in the month of december..december falls in our winter (harmattan season). Anyway Nonso offered her a ride and like they say, the rest is history..

If you're anything like me by now you're probably wondering what Nonso was doing in the phone shop. Nonso owns the shop, along with a computer shop and (as is typical of igbo men) a spare parts shop (spare parts of cars oh!). Personally when she told me this part i wasn't too enthusiastic about the whole thing, not because of me but because i know susan oh too well.

Susan is hot! i'm no homo but i'll be the first to admit that susan is hot. She's the kind of girl that literally takes your breath away at first, second, infact any glance. She has spotless skin, she has long dark hair, she's the typical it girl and she knows it so she's always dressed to the nine's. In all my years of knowing susan i have never seen her not look hot, sometimes its annoying sef. She's also the typical party girl, wherever its happening she's there. Long story short Susan is a fresh babe.

I didn't get to meet Nonso until late 2011 when he had proposed and susan was throwing her ring in our faces. She had asked me to be her maid of honour and on the day we went shopping for her wedding gown, he came to give her some money.

Tall and handsome with that igbo boy fairness. Yes i could totally see why susan was so hooked. He looked so good. I felt so many emotions at once (happiness, at least one of my friends had hooked such an unbelievably breath-taking hottie),(jealousy, lemme not lie he was and still is that hot),( joy, that joy that comes with hot girls going off the market increasing our chances hehe) and finally excitement (my friend's wedding picture was building up in my head)

I would never forget the very first words that came out of his mouth that day. It was late in the afternoon and i was tired from walking through shops so when susan said meet nonso i just smiled.

He stretched out his hand for a hand-shake and said  " Herro! Eze i've heald so much aboul you".
I literally had to restrain myself from bursting out in laughter, i was in shock.. I asked susan " is this your nonso?" she nodded.  Then i smiled at him and said, "hi, my name is actually Ese not Eze".. "oh Eze abi, solly ehn".. i excused myself, went to the changing room and put myself together.

Yes my darling sophisticated Susan had fallen in love and was about to marry Nonso the spare parts dealer.

  1. Hehehehe...... Nice write-up! However, not all 'Igbo guys' own a Spare parts shop, dear.
