spaghetti Jollof...how to cook

I know i was supposed to make pepper-soup, but i wasn't able to make it. Partly because i really don't know how to make it, and i didnt get a recipe (that's a lie my darling friend Aderemi pinged me a recipe) lets face it, i was too lazy last weekend to go to the market and buy the ingredients. Eventually i cooked spaghetti jollof..ingredients and recipe with pictures after the jump.
what you need to cook spaghetti jollof
1. spaghetti (but of course)
2.Tomato paste
3.Tomatoes
4. Mixed Vegetables (for garnishing, not compulsory)
5.Onions (but of course)
6. assorted sea food (if you want oh!)
7. Pepper
8. salt and other spices (use the one's you're familiar with)
9.fish meat or chicken to serve it with
10. groundnut oil
you start by parboiling your spaghetti (boil water, add salt to it and put in the spaghetti). Don't boil it for too long, just till it softens. Then drain it out and dry the pot.
pour a small amount of groundnut oil into the pot and when it heats up, add your onions( you should have sliced them at this point oh, don't say you didn't know)
after the onions you can add your mixed vegetables so they can all fry together
when you're done heating them, you add your tomato paste and pepper (which you should have blended at this point). then you can spice it as it pleases your heart to do (just consider the people who'll be eating it sha)
at this point you add your spaghetti, mix it in and add some water close the pot and leave it to cook.
you can then boil, roast or fry your beef/fish/chicken. I fried fish sha.

you have successfully (i hope) cooked spaghetti jollof..let me know if you find this method easy..and if you have a different method or recipe..feel free to let me know.
