The Los angeles superior court judge trying his case, Judge Patricia Schnegg has scheduled a November 1 hearing to discuss the possibility of Chris facing probation violation.
Chris in his defence produced a Califonia marijuana card,however, the Judge admonished Chris saying "Young people look up to you,you can not be acting like this.
