10 TIPS TO GET RID OF STRETCH MARKS

Okay let me start by stating quite clearly that i do not have stretch marks, which is very lucky i must say because my body weight is anything but static. It took me a long time to actually figure out what stretch marks really are but after i did i made the annoying discovery that a lot of people who have them make no decent efforts to hide them.I don't know about them oh but personally if i did have (and i feel the need to remind you here that i really do not have stretch marks) stretch marks i would dedicate my time to getting rid of them and if that fails, well at least i'll go to great lengths to ensure that no one ever knows that i have them. Before i start though i think you should know that stretchmarks are often the result of a rapid stretching of the skin associated with rapid growth or rapid weight changes, they may also be hereditary or as a result of stress and other changes in one's physical condition. Over time stretch marks may diminish but they hardly ever fully disappear. The remedies as promised are as follows;

1. Potato Juice
 
Quite frankly i didn't even know there was any such thing, that said potato juice contains vitamins and mineral that help with the growth and restoration of skin cells. You get the juice by cutting your potato into thick slices after which rub the potato pieces on your stretch marks until all marks have been covered. You leave it to dry then wash off with warm water.

2. Sugar

White sugar, not brown oh! what you do is mix a tablespoon of raw sugar (is there cooked sugar ni?) with some almond oil (dunno where you'll get that one oh, but try Jumia). Mix it well and apply it on the stretch marks. Do this every day for at least ten minutes before having your bath. If you can consistently do this for a month it is believed to lighten the stretchmarks.

3.Aloe Vera

Apply directly , leave for a few minutes then rinse off with warm water, simple.

4. Water

Drink a minimum of 10 glasses daily to keep your body hydrated. Avoid coffee, tea and sodas.

5. Lemon Juice

Rub on affected areas and leave for at least ten minutes then rinse off.

6. Olive Oil

Massage into the affected areas, you can leave this one for about 30 minutes, or even leave it sef, shebi na olive oil.

7. Cocoa butter

apply at least twice a day

8. Castor Oil

You can get this on Jumia, apply it and massage in for about fifteen minutes then apply heat to the area for about thirty minutes, after doing this daily for a month you should see the difference.

9. Egg whites

Clean the area then apply egg whites with a makeup brush, allow to dry then wash off. Do this for at least two weeks.

10. Alfalfa

I have no idea what this is, if you do please enlighten me. Anyway you're supposed to mix the powder with Chamomile oil and apply the mixture to your skin two or 3 times daily.

Like i said at the beginning, i don't have stretch marks, so i cannot guarantee that this tips will work, but i can promise you that every item on this list is great for your skin so there's no harm in trying. If you know any more effective tips, don't be stingy, share!!
