So Lola Alao really thinks women should go for married men if they make them happy?

The Nollywood actress said this in a recent interview.

"Let me explain something to you; where are the single guys? They are there and not ready to marry. If the single guys are not ready then the next available option should be taken. I believe one should go for whatever makes one happy. If a married man is the one that will make you happy, please go for it. I know married women would be angry with me but it is the truth of the matter".

REALLY? PEOPLE STILL THINK THIS WAY IN 2013?...

I am uber disappointed that a mature woman would spit such utter rubbish from her lips in this day and age. Even if she is uneducated (which is hardly the case here). I can't help feeling that half the time women are the ones who encourage men to cheat, cheat and cheat some more. We make excuses for men by arguing that its the way they were created, even scientists have proven it..yimu.
Have you ever stopped to think of how many inadequacies we can claim as women based on the fact that God created us only from the ribs of man. Quite frankly if anyone should be universally pardoned for mistake making and shortcomings it should be us. (JUST SAYING!)

You hear young women say 'Until he's wearing a ring he's fair game'. Literally that means that even if the man has promised to marry someone else it doesnt matter to you, you'll keep trying until you know you've finally lost out.

Yet others will tell you (with straight faces i might add) ' i'm all for mutual benefits, he gives me what i want and i give it to him the way his wife can't'.

My personal favorite has got to be from the ladies who attempt to go biblical and traditional at the same time, so you hear them say things like ' there are more women than men oh! so dont just dull yourself..even the bible says that the kingdom of god suffereth violence and the violent take it by force'    bla bla bla. SMFH!. As a matter of fact the National Population Commission stated from the last count, that there were 82,098,001 Nigerian women to the 85,814,560 Nigerian men. (biko do the math yourself)

A woman should always be respectable, decent and pure. It is important because we are the ones who give life to, as well as raise new generations of men and the respect that men have for women should initially be learnt from the first woman in his life, his mother.

I am yet to meet any woman who really truly wants to share her man with another, so i think its time for us to take a stand against this terrible trend. Leave married men alone. If a man is in a relationship accept it as an automatic boundary, dont flirt with him or go out of your way to be 'best-friends' with him. His girl is a woman, she knows what you're up to. (There are exceptions though, some women are actually just good friends).

If you were already dating a guy not knowing you were the side chic, its not an excuse to stay on! walk away, you deserve to be the main chic too, and believe me when i tell you that theres someone out there who has been waiting patiently just to have you.

Long and short dont encourage cheating, stand up against it today, in doing so you could be saving a hurting child, a broken wife and a confused man but even more than anything you'll be redeeming yourself and creating a brighter future for you (hopefully with Mr Right). You're choosing to be number one instead of clinging to the very dispensable number two position in a taken man's life.

  7. We are all entitled to our opinions, if that's what she wants fine, let her deal with it. It has nothing to do with her tribe. We all have our own values, religion, culture etc that I believe should guide our decisions and not what someone says, celebrity or not.

  14. Na so yoruba be sha. They are very amorous and scandalous in nature. Especially concerning marital vows and boundary. The married women sleep with married men outside and vice versa. So am not surprised, it is their culture.

_\\_ What a crazy bunch. She just defined herself as a bitch. Most women are bitches but they hide behind the wall of insecurity, weaker sex, inequality and the rest of them. U just got to commend her for being real and speaking her mind. I don't support her ideas but she just aired her opinion and if u don't like it, well, u can do whatever u want but still won't change her mind because that's who she is. A BIG WHORING BITCH.
