If the rumours making the rounds are anything to go by, it has been stated that three years after the divorce papers were signed, Tiger woods has proposed to his ex wife for the second time. The National Enquirer and several other news outlets are reporting that around Christmas time, Woods got down on one knee and asked Elin to marry him again.
