Gospel singers Dietrick and Damita Haddon quit marriage

It hurts when you see a couple split, but i think it hurts even more when its a couple that you've looked up to as christian icons.Dietrick announced their split on twitter, see the picture after the jump.

At times like this i wonder about several things, do we as christians really accept God's word and practice it in our lives? Is love a myth? What part of for better or worse is too complex to understand? when is it acceptable to quit a christian marriage? If you have any thoughts on this, let me know....
