Matthew McConaughey shrinking due to AIDS?

The actor was spotted looking super skinny for his first day on the New Orleans set of The Dallas Buyers Club on sunday. He was spotted walking by his trailer in this garb-grey t-shirt hanging loose, blue jeans and glasses. He also had a visibly large cut on his forehead, a sign of the AIDS affliction which took the life of his real-life character Ron Woodroof (yes its all for the movie..cc @nollywood he's dropped 30 pounds so far for the role) continue to see more pictures..
