DEAR GUYS:Valentine's Day gift idea's for the Nigerian woman!

Its Officially the first day of February yayy! I"m so excited because in 13 days it'll be Valentine's day.

Valentine's day always tops my list as one of my favourite days in any year for many reasons; first of all my favourite colour (red if you're asking) is one of the most abused colours for that day, secondly you're guaranteed to get a gift (if you're in a relationship that is, and finally it is the single day in the year that many ladies are guaranteed to cross over from being 'in a relationship' to the exalted status of 'engaged'..and there's very little that gets me more excited than hearing/reading a romantic proposal..I absolutely love love. more when you continue


It's very easy to buy a gift for a girl these days sha, so many options exist, and for the purpose of this article I'm going to list out various ideas you can choose from.#leggo...before I go on though I must state quite clearly that it's not the gift that matters, neither does it matter how much you spend on the gift, what matters is the love that is expressed through the gift.

Every other day on twitter we read about men buying Range Rovers and other exotic cars for the women in their lives, oga this is your chance oh! How about the private jet craze in naija, don't
dull sir. You could also take her on a romantic trip to the Maldives or to an exotic island anywhere in the world.. The Long and short of this is that your options are limitless as long as you've got the money.

However there are so many other options as you must already know, including but not limited to the following..

- A Gadget - every girl deserves a gadget, quote me.. so i doubt if you can go wrong if you choose to get her an apple product (iPads, iPhones, even an iPod) or a samsung product or even an android or blackberry phone (i hear BB10 is finally out) don't dull

- Hair, and the beauty of this one is that it isnt all that expensive anymore and there are so many options to choose from, peruvian, brazillian, malaysian, indian, and if all those ones are too expensive for you, buy her chocolate (the hair), as i said before its the thought that counts

- Pay for her to go on a shopping spree, thats always a good gift

- there's always perfume

- beautiful designer shoes
- Pamper her with a full beauty treatment,  we all love being treated like queens

Dear guys if you don't have money to spend on a gift for her, don't fret, choose instead to do something romantic for her. some ideas include;

- create a scrap-book of you favorite moments with her, detailing how you felt about her at each point in time


- make a video of the same moments (if writing is an issue for you)

- treat her to a home-cooked dinner prepared by you

Note however that if your babe is the kind that says things like 'na love i go chop?' biko start looking for where to borrow money now..
