You keep saying you wanna start your own business, but but still havn't made that move yet, because you're considering the risks involved. You keep asking yourself, what if I don't succeed in this, what if people don't patronise me, what if after I've failed, people mock me?. I'll suggest that you just focus on getting a salary paid job and sticking to it like glue until retirement.
In starting your own business, here are some of the traits you MUST have:
- Have that leadership trait. You are the one with the vision and direction of where you want your business to get to, therefore you must be able to lead the people under you, because if you don't, no one will. No one understands the vision of the business as much as you do.
Entrepreneurs emerge from the population on demand, and become leaders, because they perceive opportunities available, and are well positioned to take advantage of them.
- They must be innovative. Introducing new technologies, increasing efficiency and production. Generating new products and new services.
Research has found entrepreneurs to be highly creative with a tendency to imagine new solutions by finding opportunities for profit or reward.
In conclusion, you want to start that business, make that move now(of course, after counting the cost, and weighing the risks involved-you cannot totally evaluate the risks, businesses and risks come hand in hand.
