Old Navy settles Kim Kardashian over look-alike claim

The clothing line Old navy has reportedly finally paid off Kim with loads of money following her claim last year that the clothing line used her look-alike in its commercial last year in a bid to decieve the general public into believing that Kim was an ambassador of the brand and affiliated with them.

Looking at the picture ,you can tell that Kim truely has a point,the lady in the commercial  really looks like her. However,the question should be,should  people be banned from commercials,modelling and the likes simply because they look like Kim Kardashian?
